UC Berkeley Azaad, First Place Bollywood Berkeley 2010, Intro Video and Dance. Camera lens was filtered mistakenly, but regardless, the team was carried by a solid storyline, great choreography and concepts, and amazing dancers all around. One of the best performances of all-time, and the female lead girl is just unstoppable.
Filmed by Rukayat (onesheet.com/rukayat)
Scenes of the amazing Busby Berkeley's choreography including "Shanghai Lil" and "By a Waterfall" from FOOTLIGHT PARADE (featuring James Cagney and Ruby Keeler), "Spin a Little Web of Dreams" from FASHIONS OF 1934, and "The Worry Bird" from TWO TICKETS TO BROADWAY (featuring Ann Miller). Enjoy :) I own nothing.

we danced the night away during Golden Bear Orientation at UC BERKELEY. this was such a hype night honestly, we sang so much high school musical and we were all sore the next day from dropping it on the dance floor. what an experience. subscribe 2 stay tuned for more vlogs!!! breaking a world record! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RhkVo2Po74U
I do not own the rights to this song used for dancing purposes only.
I know you can hear this Bobbi.
On Saturday, April 21, at Zellerbach Playhouse, the Berkeley Dance Project performed their "Beneath the Flesh" performance. Here is a snippet of the first piece, "Finding the Moon in the Dark Night Sky." This piece is in honor of girls and women everywhere. Read the full review here: http://www.dailycal.org/?p=165105

Here's another favorite, the massive tap sequence from the 13 1/2 minute production number "Lullaby of Broadway" from "Gold Diggers of 1935." Dance Director/Choreographer Busby Berkeley outdid himself with this number. It told the story of a night in the life of a "Broadway Baby" following her from the time she goes to bed (early in the morning) to her sleeping all day, then going out of the town that night. It's an early attempt at what the MGM Musicals would perfect over 10 years later: the "ballet" section of a film that told a story in song and dance, heavy on the dance. This number is as good as the best of the MGM "production numbers to end all production numbers." The set is amazingly huge, and all those dancers in sync! This one has a sad ending, but I won't give it awa...

5 Top-Rated Places to Visit in Berkeley, USA Renowned for its prestigious university and appreciated for its offbeat Bohemian spirit, Berkeley is a stimulating place to visit. The university's inspiring Neoclassical buildings stand loftily in a woodsy hilltop location overlooking the San Francisco Bay. Although this idyllic setting feels completely removed from the world, the campus was the birthplace of the Free Speech Movement and the renegade hippie counterculture of the 1960s. Chaotic and bustling Sproul Plaza continues to be an intense scene of student activity: Students, social activists, and drummers still gather here to express themselves in ways that are impossible to ignore. Besides being an intellectual center, Berkeley is a hub for entertainment and gourmet dining. The local o...

Journey through San Francisco and Berkeley, and view the familiar world from a different perspective. I took a summer vacation in California, with no intention of making a short film. As such, when I finally came around and decided to film something, I was not prepare. I had minimal amount of gears and minimal amount of time left. And So I just threw the camera on whatever surface I could find, and let the world unfold itself. Music - "Thanks For Coming" by Josh Woodward.
